- We offer free returns (minus delivery charge) if a stock item (not including tools or custom orders) is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You will be responsible for costs to ship returned items.
- You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Please re-pack items carefully to prevent damage to returned merchandise.
- Window Repair Parts will process the refund when we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
- If the return is a result of a Window Repair Parts error, damage, or defect, the customer will be refunded the delivery charge.
- Window Repair Parts does not offer any express warranties.
- Custom-made merchandise and tools cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged
